Delivery and Returns

Jewellery from The Bijoux Magpie is packaged perfectly inside and out. After carefully wrapping your jewellery it is then placed in a simple white postal box with tissue paper to protect the treasure inside.

A number of UK delivery options are available, including free standard UK delivery on all orders. We also welcome orders from outside the UK and we aim to deliver your jewellery in perfect condition and as quickly as possible.

UK Delivery Options:

Standard Delivery Free | Royal Mail Signed For 2nd Class

  • Delivered in 3-5 working days

1st Class Delivery £3.50 | Royal Mail Signed For 1st Class
  • Delivered in 1-3 working days
Next Day Delivery £6.50 | Royal Mail Special Delivery
  • Order before 1pm Monday - Thursday for guaranteed next day delivery before 1pm
  • Orders placed on a Friday before 1pm will be delivered the following Monday. This service is not guaranteed on a Saturday
  • Orders placed on a Friday after 1pm will be delivered on the following Tuesday
Next Day Delivery Saturday £10.80 | Royal Mail Special Delivery
  • Order before 1pm on Friday for guaranteed next day delivery before 1pm

European Delivery:

European Delivery £9.50 | Royal Mail Tracked and Signed

  • Delivered in 5-7 working days

International Delivery:

International Delivery £12.50 | Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed

  • Delivered in 7-10 working days


  • All our shipping methods require a signature on delivery. 
  • We will arrange for the items you purchase to be delivered to the delivery address you specify during the checkout process
  • In the event that you are not available to receive your parcel, a card will be left giving you the option to have your parcel delivered at a later date or to collect your parcel from your local collection depot
  • Most standard UK orders are delivered within 72 hours but please allow 5 working days
  • We aim to dispatch orders the same day if ordered before 1pm
  • Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday
  • Working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays
  • In the unlikely event that your parcel is either lost in transit or arrives damaged, please notify us at: catherine@thebijouxmagpie.co.uk
  • We currently deliver products to the UK, Europe and the USA
  • Unfortunately we do not deliver to military bases or PO boxes
  • Please note that overseas customers may incur additional import duties and custom charges levied by local customs for orders dispatched to addresses outside the United Kingdom. These charges are not covered in the purchase or delivery price and are solely the responsibility of the purchaser. The Bijoux Magpie will not be held liable for these

Returns     

We would love you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, however if it's not quite right:
  • Return the item or items to us in perfect, unused condition with their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Please note that earrings must be returned in their original sealed, tamper evident packaging
  • Complete the returns form included in your delivery and return with your items. A return address label is provided for your convenience
  • Unfortunately return postage is non-refundable
  • Import duties and local taxes will not be refunded
  • For UK, Europe and International orders we recommend you use a Signed For or Recorded Delivery Service as unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for any parcel which fails to reach us
  • We will acknowledge receipt of your return and confirm approval of your refund subject to satisfactory inspection of the item or items. We are unable to accept returned jewellery which is not in perfect condition
  • We will process your refund within 5 working days of the receipt of your items
  • The delivery charges for the original order will not be refunded
  • Refunds will be made to your original method of payment
  • We accept refunds or exchanges of earrings only in their original packaging. If you would like to return your purchase, please ensure the plastic bag containing your order remains sealed. If the items have been removed from the bag or the tamper evident seal has been broken, we cannot refund or exchange the items for reasons of safety and hygiene. We aim to make ordering from The Bijoux Magpie as easy as possible and we are delighted to offer this additional service
  • We accept refunds or exchanges of Angel & Lottie for Girls personalised jewellery. However, the cost (£4.50) of the hand stamped charm will be deducted from the refund unless the stamp provided is different from the original order
  • Personalised greeting cards cannot be refunded or returned unless the card provided is different from the original order

Gift Returns     

If the gift was delivered directly to you and you would like to return it: 
  • Return the item or items to us in perfect, unused condition with their original packaging within 14 days of receipt
  • Complete the returns form included in your delivery and return with your items. A return address label is provided for your convenience
  • Unfortunately return postage is non-refundable
  • For UK, Europe and International orders we recommend you use a Signed For or Recorded Delivery Service as unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for any parcel which fails to reach us
  • We will notify the buyer and refund the cost of the item to their original method of payment

Faulty Returns     

We take great pride in the exceptional quality of our jewellery and our attention to detail ensures each piece is perfect. We therefore take quality very seriously and would be very disappointed if you received a faulty item.
